LOVE Island stars Ellie and Finley have shared their reaction to Elicia’s dad’s expletive-laden video about them.
The bombshell’s father, Mark Bailey, branded Finley a “sheep-s*****g Welsh m*********r” and called Ellie a Scottish b***h” in the shocking TikTok clip earlier this month.
Mark had hit out at the couple after Finley finally rejected Elicia following days of back and forth flirting.
Ellie and Finley – who left the villa days together before the final – broke their silence on Mark’s rant during an appearance on the Not My Bagg podcast.
“I’ve seen a bit of the video but…” Ellie said, before trailing off.
Finley stepped in to joke: “Being Welsh and Scottish, we get a lot worse. That’s a standard day in the office for me.”
They added that they both reassured Elicia, who was “upset” over her father’s comments.
Ellie said: “We were like, ‘Please don’t stress, we get it.’ We understood why she was so upset, but we were like, ‘We were not bothered, so don’t worry about how we feel about it.’”
Finley agreed: “It’s not a representation of her whatsoever. I know it’s her father, but that doesn’t mean it’s who she is.”
Ellie continued: “Not at all. I did feel really bad for her because I was like, ‘That’s just not fair.’”
In a since-deleted video, Mark was seen furiously pointing at the TV as Finley let his daughter down.
The northerner, who once appeared on 24 Hours in A&E, could be heard saying: “Yeah you’re dead in it, you sheep-s*****g Welsh m*********r. “
Pointing to his daughter on the telly, Mark then said: “You tell him, let’s hear. You’re mad, no? I don’t want you with a m*********r sheep-s*****g anyway.”
Turning on Ellie, who hails from Scotland, he ranted: “Don’t even go near that Scottish b***h.”
Mark ended his rant with: ” F**king say to him. Yeah f**k him.
“Yeah he’s a Welsh w***ing m********ing sheep-s*****r. m*********r.”
