Guy Ritchie’s star-packed action thriller In the Grey may not have delivered the theatrical performance its high-profile cast and sizeable budget suggested it could. On streaming, however, the film is beginning to tell a very different story.

The film opened in US theaters on May 15 before arriving on streaming services in various territories in June. It is scheduled to become available on Prime Video from September 9.

The Guardian awarded the thriller four stars, finding “a great deal of fun” in Ritchie’s approach while also highlighting a more serious side to the movie.
