A seemingly straightforward geography question left Tipping Point viewers stunned when contestant Julia chose to pass rather than identify the country associated with a Serb.

“Somebody described as a Serb is from which country?” the presenter asked.

The correct answer was Serbia, but Julia’s decision to skip the question quickly became a talking point on social media.

Julia Advances Despite the Mistake

Despite the awkward moment, Julia’s competition was far from over.

She progressed to the third round, where she faced Steven in a head-to-head contest. The two contestants continued battling for a place in the final stage of the game.

Steven ultimately emerged as the winner of the contest and advanced to the final round, where he had the opportunity to compete for the show’s £10,000 jackpot.

However, he was unable to get the special counter over the edge of the machine. Playing it safe, he finished the episode with £2,750 rather than taking home the top prize.
