“ONE DECISION CHANGED EVERYTHING.” ‘Elf’ star Faizon Love is facing intense attention after a shocking turn in an ongoing legal battle ended with his arrest in Florida. As his emotionless mugshot spreads across social media, many fans are only now discovering the dispute that reportedly spiraled behind the scenes for months.

Actor Faizon Love — best known for starring alongside Will Ferrell in “Elf” — is behind bars in Florida after being busted on a warrant for allegedly violating a court order.

The 58-year-old actor was cuffed Tuesday in Hillsborough County and hit with two counts of contempt of court, according to jail records reviewed by The Post.

Love, who has had previous run-ins with the law, looked haggard and stone-faced in his mugshot.

He is being held without bond at Orient Road Jail in Tampa.

A rep for Love could not immediately be reached.

In 2017, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor for a caught-on-camera assault of a valet at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport in Ohio.

He was fined $500 and handed a 180-day suspended jail sentence.

Love was also accused of felony assault last year after allegedly hurling a credit card machine at a California hotel clerk’s head after she told him she couldn’t provide the room he had booked.

In 2017, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor for a caught-on-camera assault of a valet at the John Glenn Columbus International Airport in Ohio.

The comedian went berserk at the Sheraton Mission Valley in San Diego in August 2024 when a female clerk told him the room he reserved through a third-party app was not available and suggested he seek a refund, according to a criminal complaint.

Love ripped the credit card reader off its mount and chucked it at the staffer, slamming it into the left side of her head and breaking her glasses, police said.

The accuser filed a lawsuit against him, seeking damages for her medical bills and for the physical and emotional pain she says she suffered.
