He’s Obviously Not That Bothered About Her… Love Island’s Shakira Has Suddenly Found Herself At The Center Of A Fresh Backlash After One Remark About Tommy’s Relationship History Left Viewers Absolutely Stunned. What Was Meant To Be A Routine Debrief Quickly Turned Into One Of The Week’s Biggest Talking Points, With Fans Accusing Her Of Crossing A Line And Ignoring The Feelings Of Tommy’s Ex.

SHAKIRA Khan has left Love Island fans gobsmacked after appearing to dismiss the revelation that Tommy Bradley had a girlfriend just two weeks before entering the villa.

The former Islander insisted: “He’s obviously not that bothered about her,” in reference to the woman Tommy split from shortly before joining the Love Island.

The comments, made on The Debrief, haven’t gone down well with viewers, who branded them insensitive.

During Thursday night’s episode, co-host Yasmin said: “It sounds like he got the call for Love Island, sacked her off and flew out.”

Shakira replied: “Yeah, perfect. He’s obviously not that bothered about her then, is he?”

She then added: “I don’t think Yas should have a problem,” after Toni admitted she felt sorry for the woman Tommy had dumped.

Fans were quick to slam Shakira’s comments on social media.

One viewer accused her of being “male-centred”, while another wrote: “I don’t think she knows how to be there for girls IRL.”

A third added: “I’ve defended Shakira so much but this take is actually crazy.”

Another concluded: “She’s basically saying it’s okay if Tommy has treated another girl like s**** because he’s treating Yasmin well.”

Earlier this week, Tommy was forced to explain the situation to Yasmin.

He said: “I was previously in a relationship with someone but I told her I was doing this and yeah, we left it sweet.”

He added: “It was quite recent, but we’d split up maybe a few weeks before.”

When Maya Jama pressed him on how long the relationship had lasted, Tommy replied: “I would say it was about nine or 10 months, just under a year.”

Tommy later told Yasmin he had broken up with his girlfriend two weeks before flying out to Majorca.

As Tommy entered as a Casa Amor bombshell, the timeline left some viewers questioning whether he was still in the relationship when the first episode aired.

Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

“Tomorrow, I’m marrying the woman I chose over you,” my ex-husband said with a laugh. The music from his wedding rehearsal played in the background as he delivered the words he knew would hurt me most. “Come watch us win, Claire.” I looked down at the tiny baby sleeping against my chest. The son he never asked about. The child he walked away from before knowing his first heartbeat, his first breath, or the fear I felt carrying him alone. So I simply whispered: “Sorry, Ethan. I’m busy taking care of someone you abandoned.” For the first time, his confidence disappeared. Then, thirty minutes later… The hospital doors flew open. Ethan rushed inside, still wearing his expensive suit, but the arrogance was gone. His face was pale. His voice was shaking. “Where is the baby? Is he mine?” The woman he left me for stood behind him, furious that their perfect wedding plans had been interrupted. But before Ethan could demand anything else, the doctor opened a file. And one sentence changed everything. “The DNA test confirms Noah is your son.” Ethan froze. Then came the truth he never expected. The reason my baby arrived early. The reason I almost lost everything. The reason his perfect wedding suddenly became the least of his problems. Because Ethan thought he had left behind a broken, helpless ex-wife. He had no idea I had spent ten years building the very empire he claimed was his… and quietly saving every piece of evidence of his betrayal. Now he wasn’t facing an angry woman. He was facing the person who knew every secret he thought he had buried.

My phone buzzed while my newborn rested quietly against my chest, his tiny fingers tucked beneath my collarbone. The name on the screen made me sigh. It…

“Dad… this house isn’t yours anymore.” I stared at my own son, certain I had misheard him. Then he tossed a stack of legal papers onto my desk and smiled. “Signatures don’t lie.” My hands started shaking. The $12 million oceanfront estate my late wife and I had built a lifetime of memories in… had somehow been transferred to my son’s in-laws while I was recovering from surgery. His mother-in-law looked me up and down before saying the words I’ll never forget: “People your age belong in a nursing home… not in a mansion.”
