The 36-year-old daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor welcomed her third child with husband Jack Brooksbank on Monday evening in Lisbon.
The news was confirmed by the Royal Family in a touching statement on Tuesday.
It read: “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter, born on Monday, 3rd August 2026, at 6.20pm, at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.

Proud dad, Jack Brooksbank, took a photo of the baby to share with the world which was posted alongside the statement.
The Sun understands Her Royal Highness and her daughter are doing well.
Princess Eugenie and Mr Brooksbank are said to be deeply grateful to the hospital staff for their care.

Their daughter was born a day before Meghan Markle’s 45th birthday, with the Duchess sharing pictures and thanking her social media followers for the “birthday love”.
Eugenie confirmed she was expecting her third child with Jack Brooksbank with a sweet social media post in May.
Their two boys August, five, and Ernest, three, were shown holding a baby scan, with the caption: “Baby Brooksbank due 2026!”
The royal couple – who have been married since 2018 – own property south of the Portuguese capital.
The last royal to be born abroad was Princess Lilibet, who was born in California in June 2021.
The newborn will be the 15th great-grandchild of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and the third to be born since her death in 2022.
She is 15th in line to the throne with Prince Edward, Duke of Edinburgh, moving down to 16th place.
The Royal Family also penned a sweet message following news that the royal couple were expecting.
A statement read: “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr Jack Brooksbank are very pleased to announce that they are expecting their third child together, due this summer.
“August and Ernest are also very excited to have another sibling join the family.”
For Father’s Day this year, Eugenie shared two adorable pictures of husband Jack with their little ones.
One shows Jack, 40, holding hands with August and Ernest as the family appears to be taking a stroll next to a park.
Another captures Jack entertaining one of his sons during a wedding ceremony.
Eugenie shared the sweet snaps along with a heartfelt message.
